© 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd.We report on Kelvin Probe energy Microscopy (KPFM) and Density Functional Theory (DFT) investigations of fee transfers in vertical heterojunctions between tungsten diselenide (WSe2) layers and graphene on silicon carbide substrates.
