Two patients developed hypotension after a nephrectomy. The main causes of hypertension were hypervolemia in the predialysis stage, renin-associated hypertension in the dialysis stage, and multiple factors, including increased plasma catecholamine-associated hypertension in the postnephrectomy dialysis stage.
