Time to first reliable neurological exam was 2 minutes longer in group A (9 min ± 4 min) compared to group B and group C (7 min ± 3 min; 7 min ± 4 min), although this was not statistically significant. In addition, extubation time was significantly longer in group A (11 min) compared to group B and group C (5 min; 6 min) (P = 0.03). 3D -CAM and Short Blessed Test data along with hemodynamics did not differ significantly between the groups. Time to first useful neurologic exam and hemodynamics did not differ between the groups.
