This report describes 33 confirmed cases of "Taenia asiatica" taeniosis in Tokyo, Japan, and six adjacent prefectures between 2010 and 2019. Of the 33 cases, 28 were domestic infections. Thirty patients had histories of eating raw pork and/or beef liver.
