Vaginal agenesis is a common congenital anomaly in females and is most commonly associated with Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome. These patients can be treated with both surgical and nonsurgical procedures. Prefabricated as well as customized vaginal stents are used for the reconstruction and maintenance of neovagina.
