Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) with Transbronchial Needle Aspiration (TBNA) is performed with a very low complication rate. We present a unique case of massive life-threatening hemothorax from bronchial artery bleeding after EBUS-TBNA, presenting in a delayed fashion and requiring operative intervention.
