In this study, the effectiveness and security of amphenmulin had been more examined. Amphenmulin showed excellent anti-bacterial task against MRSA (minimal inhibitory focus = 0.0156~8 µg/mL) and performed time-dependent growth inhibition and a concentration-dependent postantibiotic effect (PAE).
