Here we report the genomic faculties of N. concharum JCM17730T. The full genome sequence of N. concharum JCM17730T comprises of 3,561,992 bp in a single contig, without plasmid. Evaluation of coding sequences revealed the presence of genomic functions taking part in acetate absorption and PHB metabolic rate.
