In the control group (n= 14) in six cases, bone exposure without infection was detected, and three of them also showed recurrent infection. Although our results were not statistically significant, our findings suggest that the local application of CGF appears to be an effective approach to the surgical treatment of MRONJ in osteoporosis patients by improving tissue regeneration. A specific treatment protocol to manage MRONJ is still controversial. This study justifies that CGF can be used in combination with surgical treatment
