A series of novel quinazolinone sulfide derivatives containing a dithioacetal moiety were designed and synthesized using Tomato chlorosis virus coat protein (ToCVCP) as a potential drug target, and the inhibitory effect of ToCV was systematically evaluated in vitro and in vivo.
