We compared the efficacy and safety of trabeculectomy and phacotrabeculectomy in patients with glaucoma. We retrospectively analyzed consecutive patients who underwent trabeculectomy or phacotrabeculectomy. Patients in the trabeculectomy group were pseudophakic.
