Diamond-like carbon (DLC) flakes were produced using a dual-frequency method microwave/radiofrequency plasma-assisted chemical vapour deposition (MW/RF PACVD) with the use of methane or its mixture with gases such as hydrogen, argon, oxygen or nitrogen.
