A clinical analysis of a patient with a rare form of secondary facial pain (Herzenberg's disease) is presented. The conducted research and pharmacological tests made it possible to exclude such diseases as trigeminal neuralgia, stylohyoid syndrome, TMJ pain dysfunction, dental plexalgia, myofascial facial pain syndrome.
