In the monkey image, the face on the fake bag (left) is less detailed than the real one, which has finer hair and distinct eyes (right). The problem is that the copywriters have a small fraction of the training that the more expert people have. That’s a problem because, without the training that the true experts have, the copywriters can miss things, which are often things they shouldn’t miss. I’ve featured some dupes on my blog not to replicate specific products, but to offer alternatives that achieve a similar look or style. This topic is quite complex
